How do I apply for motor vehicle financing?

Getting an auto loan is easy and there are two ways to apply:

• Apply online by clicking on the “Apply Now” button on our website. You can log in with your NCB Personal Online Banking credentials (username and password), or complete the form as a guest. Then, upload the required documents and submit your application. A sales representative will contact you within one business day to complete the process.
• Visit any of our branches island-wide by scheduling an appointment at www.jncb.com/branches and following the on-screen instructions detailed below:
  • Click ‘Book Here, highlighted below the appointment. scheduler header
  • Select ‘Personal Banking’ from the list of services provided.
  • Navigate to your preferred branch, date, and time.
  • Select ‘Car/Auto Loan’ as the reason for your visit.
  • Complete the form.
  • Click ‘Submit’ to complete scheduling.

Once that is completed, you will either receive a confirmation code via email, or get a text message notifying you of your scheduled appointment with a bank representative who will guide you through the steps of getting your new car.
