NCB Business Credit Card Balance Transfer allows eligible business customers to transfer qualifying outstanding business credit card balances from another financial institution to an eligible NCB Business Credit Card. Approved Balance Transfer amounts will attract a promotional interest rate of 18% per annum for six months. After the promotional period, any unpaid Balance Transfer amount will attract the standard credit card interest rate applicable to your credit card product.

While there is no fixed maximum amount, cardholders must satisfy the minimum Balance Transfer amount of J$250,000. Subject to approval.

Your statement will indicate the minimum payment due, which must be paid by the due date to keep your account in good standing. Failure to do so may result in late payment fees and applicable interest charges.
No. An application or request for Business Credit Card Balance Transfer can only be made by the primary cardholder.
There is no separate credit limit for Business Credit Card Balance Transfer, so the entire amount will be deducted from your card’s available credit limit. Your available credit limit will be replenished as you pay your total due amount each month.
No. Rewards are not earned on Balance Transfer amounts. Rewards apply only to eligible purchases made using an NCB Business Credit Card.
The NCB FlexiPay Biz Credit Card Instalment Plan allows customers to use their credit cards to make large volume purchases from selected merchant categories and repay in fixed monthly instalments, at an agreed interest rate, over a predetermined repayment period.
The Professionals listed on the portal are NCB approved Valuators and Commissioned Land Surveyors however, not all of the professionals are currently available to be assessed via the portal. NCB is authorized to update this list at any time.

Yes, there is a handling fee of $5,000 applied when the transaction is converted to the instalment plan.

Once the transaction is posted to the credit card account, it may be placed on an NCB FlexiPay instalment plan by responding to the email offer received.
Yes. The customer’s statement will reflect the transaction amount, fixed monthly instalment payments, interest rate and the number of instalments left to be paid.
The monthly instalment amount will form a part of the customer’s minimum payment which must be paid in full on or before the due date. If at least this amount is not paid by the due date, the customer would forfeit the instalment arrangement and the transaction would be converted to the regular interest rate on the credit card. A late payment fee will also be applied and the card restricted based on the length of time the amount remains unpaid.
No. Interest will only be calculated on your revolving balance.
