A credit card is a great way to earn rewards while you spend and get some extra time (up to 55 days interest free) to pay for things you already need to buy.
In-order to successfully accept a credit card offer on this portal, you will need to have the following:
- Your NCB offer code which has been sent from ncboffers@jncb.com
- Your Online Banking username and password
- RSA-Token and PIN
- *Payslips, job letter or other salary verification documents. e.g. Bank statements
- *Some offers may require income validation
Offer codes are usually sent via email to the e-mail address you provided when you started your NCB account. Be sure to check your “Promotions” or “Junk” folder for emails from ncboffers@jncb.com. If you are still unable to locate the code, please call our Customer Care Centre:

While using this portal, you will be able to:
- Adjust your credit card limit
- Select your statement date
- Insure your NCB credit card
- Update contact information
- Compare various NCB credit cards
- Link your NCB credit card to your NCB Online Banking profile and the NCB Mobile App
If you have submitted a partially completed application, or the documents are illegible then you will be required to provide physical copies at a later date.
This feature will enable you to manage your new credit card on your Personal Online Banking profile and in the NCB Mobile App. You will be able to view transactions and make payments to your credit card using these channels.
