Find a Surveyor

A land surveyor helps confirm the boundaries, size, and physical details of the property you plan to purchase. This step is important for identifying any issues that may affect ownership, development plans, or the mortgage process.

Find a Valuator

A valuator provides an independent assessment of the property’s market value, which helps determine the loan amount you may qualify for. This report is a key part of the mortgage application and approval process.
